What a beautiful start to the new year! Your new board has been busy planning all sorts of phun activities for 2012 that promises to keep you living the life that Jimmy Buffett wrote about! Is to get your renewal in! Dues are $12 per person for the whole year! What a bargain at only $1 per month. Please make sure you visit the website to pay via paypal, bring your check to the next club function, or mail it to:

We'd like all dues to be paid no later than February 17th, so please don't delay. (If you joined the club in 2011 after September, you have already paid for 2012.)
This year's chili cook off will be held on Saturday, Feb 25th at the Yankee Clipper in Ankeny from 2:00-5:00 PM. Judging will choose 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. We would like to have 12 pots of chili for this, so please let us know if you would like to enter your recipe for this challenge! There will be drink specials and door prizes, so come join the phun while we raise money for a terrific organization. Please email Connie at bgncg@msn.com to let her know if you'd like to bring your famous chili to compete!!
February 18th - Polaritaville. Come join us on our annual northerly trek to visit the Lakes Area PHC and help them party with a purpose doing the Polar Plunge! Jumpers wanted, spectators needed!
