PHIP and the Des Moines Chapter
The national organization of Parrot Heads in Paradise (PHIP) is a non-profit corporation donating service in a variety of ways to the local communities where local chapters have been formed.  PHIP addresses environmental, charitable, and worthy concerns on both the local and national levels while providing social interaction for those who enjoy the music of Jimmy Buffett and spirit he personifies.

The intent of our chapter is to provide members with the opportunity to enjoy the company of like-minded individuals in a social setting while giving the members opportunities to assist local charities.  The Des Moines PHC meets socially once a month.  Business meetings are scheduled once a month. Specific times and locations, for both social and business meetings, are posted on the Club calendar, which is located on this website.   Business meetings are open to all members, not just board members.
